Absolutely delicious, a little salt & pepper 4 minutes per side in a cast iron pan until a crust formed then lowered heat until temperature read 125F then let it sit for about 5 minutes and was a perfect med-rare.
Best steaks I have ever grilled - melt in your mouth delicious! Do yourself a favor and get you some!
The service was impeccable and the steaks delicious.
was very happy with the shipping and quality of the product. My first Ribeye was excellent!!! My friend was really happy with the quality of his package also.
I was very impressed with these. I showed them, along with my ribeye's to a friend and he went straight home and ordered some along with ribeye's. getting ready this weekend to cook some short ribs. They look awesome and if are as good as my ribeye was, then i will be back for more.
