Our Rancher Cut steaks are the flavorful, perfectly edible end cuts of our premium Full Blood Wagyu NY Strips and Ribeyes. They may not have the uniform shape of our center cuts, but they pack the same incredible marbling, tenderness, and rich, buttery flavor Caroland Farms beef is known for.
These are the cuts our own family eats—the ones the rancher grabs off the butcher’s block.

If you are looking for a SUPERB ribeye steak, then look no further. I would also not stop here. The NY strips and the filet mignon are SUPERB as well. I have eaten all of these steaks multiple times and it has always been a 5 star taste explosion!
The Rancher Cut is our ABSOLUTE favorite - huge, marbled steaks that are completely delicious. By far the best steak we have ever had and priced right for a weeknight meal (priced nearly the same as a grocery store ribeye). Knowing Caroland's beef is grown locally, with love and care vs. steaks from CAFOs hundreds or thousands of miles away, lets me provide the very best for my family! Thank you, Caroland!
