The tri-tip is a triangular cut of beef from the bottom sirloin subprimal cut. Our favorite is to sear it fat side down and roast it in a cast iron pan. Also can be grilled or smoked.

Fantastic as always.

The Tri-tip is excellent. My wife and I are greatful to have found this farm. Every cut we have had is delicious. She doesn't even like to go to steakhouses anymore because we eat so much better quality at home with this beef. Thank you!
