Brisket Wagyu

Brisket is my favorite cut of meat to smoke. I have bought Prime and Wagyu briskets from many of the large popular meat companies, but Caroland Farms is at the top of the class. I received my most recent purchase this week for the July 4th holiday weekend and it was enjoyed with friends and family last night.

The quality of the meat was superb as always and everyone said it was the tastiest brisket they had ever eaten. I have included a photo that says more than words about the quality of the meat when you see the amazing marbling of this brisket. Do yourself a favor and enjoy one of these briskets soon!

Flavor and texture were fantastic! Came in and right on time. Will order again.

I purchased 3 Briskets and cooked each a different way. Knew immediately upon receiving how good this product was. You can see the intramuscular fat marbling and the beef has an incredible pink color. Cooked one whole brisket Texas style, separated one and smoked the flat/point separately turning the point into burnt ends and turned one into pastrami. All three came out incredible. Having purchased American Wagyu from other on-line shops, there is not doubt that this meat is something different and uniquely special. Also, the customer service is second to none. Super responsive and helpful. Make you feel like family. I will be a CF customer moving forward. Excited to try some other cuts soon!

Unbelievable quality and taste that is out of this world.

I have smoked Caroland’s brisket 3 different times and can say that it is the best brisket I’ve ever smoked! Just ordered another for my brother-in-law in Arizona so he could try it. Their Wagyu is great in the smoker.
