I wish I had ordered more when they were in stock. We cooked it medium well, and let it cool. Cutting it was so fun as it was so juicy and tender. I've had many cuts from caroland farms and by far this eye of round is in my top 5. If you are looking for something new to cook and try, why not skip the deli and make your own sandwich meats with 100% Full Blood Pasture Raised Wagyu. Also our kids demand for this to stay in stock haha!
Wish I had ordered more! So juicy and the perfect size for cutting into strips. My toddler loves the strips that come from this. We cut it up and marinated it real good 😊.
