Caroland Farms Wagyu Short Ribs

When cooking the short ribs, it's important to keep the temperature low and cook them slowly for an extended period of time. This technique allows the meat to become incredibly tender and juicy while also allowing the fat to render and infuse the meat with flavor.

Placing the herb bundle, citrus, and pouring the wine and aromatics around the sides of the Dutch oven ensures that the meat is infused with a rich, savory flavor.
