Shipping Schedule
We ship orders on Monday and Tuesday each week to ensure your Wagyu arrives frozen and in perfect condition.
This schedule also provides UPS with the necessary opportunity to deliver packages on time, so your shipment is not delayed at a terminal over the weekend.
Orders placed after our weekly shipping cutoff will ship the following week. Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking email with full delivery details.

Zone 1 – Southeast
South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia
Flat Rate Shipping: $15
Free shipping on orders over $200
Zone 2 – Eastern U.S.
All states east of the Mississippi River (excluding SC, NC, GA)
Flat Rate Shipping: $25
Free shipping on orders over $250
Zone 3 – Central U.S.
Flat Rate Shipping: $45
Zone 4 – Western U.S.
California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho
Flat Rate Shipping: $65
Delivery Timing
Most orders arrive within 1–3 days after shipping, depending on your location.
Because our Wagyu is shipped frozen using insulated packaging and dry ice, it remains safely frozen during transit.
If your package arrives partially thawed but still cold to the touch, it is still safe to refreeze and enjoy.
How Your Order Arrives
We ship exclusively with UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Each order is carefully packed with insulated materials and dry ice so your Wagyu arrives frozen and in perfect condition.
Once your order leaves our farm, you will receive a tracking email directly from UPS, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.

Pick Up Option
For Pick Up, simply add your items to the cart and at checkout select the option that says "pick up". Please send a text or call 864-747-8458 to let us know what time you expect to come so we can have your order ready.
Your beef is packaged with care.
When opening your package, please keep in mind that if the meat is defrosted but still cold to the touch, it is safe to eat or refreeze. All orders are shipped frozen and will arrive frozen to partially thawed.
Once the package arrives, it is your responsibility to keep the product frozen. If you are away or the package is neglected, and the package thaws, we cannot take responsibility for any lost product.
Product Variation
Each product you receive may be slightly different. Due to natural variations in our cattle, the shape, size, and/or weight of individual cuts may vary. It is normal to see slight variations in color and marbling. There are no additives or preservatives added to our beef.
Important Shipping Notes
Caroland Farms Wagyu cannot be responsible for shipping delays or problems caused by the shipping company, for failure to deliver in an untimely fashion, for incorrect addresses and other failed delivery attempts, and for inclement weather conditions and/or other acts such as natural disasters or unforeseen events. Please check the address before completing your order.
