We trust Carolands meat above all others. It’s wonderful to see what a beautiful farm they have and you can taste it in their product. Their Wagyu is the on meat we’d feed our family of 8 with. We also use the tallow and my skin is flawless and hydrated.
I have ordered this ground beef several times and it is the best. This makes the best most flavorful burgers ever. Everything else is also great! Keep up the good work.

4 hour dry brine with garlic salt
45 mins in oven at 220
About 4 mins each side on super hot bricket grill flipping constantly
Rested and topped with compound butter
It was incredibly tender and the fat with a bit of char just SANG.

A small amount goes a long way. I bought this for my husband, and he loves the smell and that it goes a long way. The scent is very masculine, woodsy. I love it when he puts it on.
