I purchased 3 Briskets and cooked each a different way. Knew immediately upon receiving how good this product was. You can see the intramuscular fat marbling and the beef has an incredible pink color. Cooked one whole brisket Texas style, separated one and smoked the flat/point separately turning the point into burnt ends and turned one into pastrami. All three came out incredible. Having purchased American Wagyu from other on-line shops, there is not doubt that this meat is something different and uniquely special. Also, the customer service is second to none. Super responsive and helpful. Make you feel like family. I will be a CF customer moving forward. Excited to try some other cuts soon!
I ordered the large ribeye and found it lived up to my expectation- tender and full of flavor.
Tried Caroland for the first time. I've had several cuts of Wagyu from several ranches nationwide. Caroland was awesome. The filets were tender, tasty and more affordable than others. Plus they are local for me. They will be my go to for quality Wagyu. Great job.
