We ship orders out Monday & Wednesday each week, with cut off at 5:00 pm on Tuesday. All orders received after this time will be shipped the following week. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping location and the weight of the package. All orders over $200 include free shipping.
For shipping orders, we work with UPS to deliver your products safely to your destination. Once your order leaves the farm, your order will be managed by UPS. You will receive an email with your tracking information and we will keep you informed of delivery. For questions related to your order, refer to your tracking number with UPS or contact us.
For Pick Up, simply add your items to the cart and at checkout select the
option that says "pick up". Please send a text or call 864-747-8458 to let us know what time you expect to come so we can have your order ready.
When opening your package please keep in mind that if the meat is defrosted but still cold to the touch it is safe to eat or refreeze. All orders are shipped frozen and will arrive frozen to partially thawed.
Once the package arrives, it is your responsibility to keep the product frozen. If you are away or the package is neglected, and the package thaws, we cannot take responsibility for any lost product.
Each product you receive may be slightly different. Due to natural variations in our cattle, the shape, size, and/or weight of individual cuts may vary. It is normal to see slight variations in color and marbling. There are no additives or preservatives added to our beef.
Caroland Farms Wagyu cannot be responsible for shipping delays or problems caused by the shipping company, for failure to deliver in an untimely fashion, for incorrect addresses and other failed delivery attempts, and for inclement weather conditions and/or other acts such as natural disasters or unforeseen events. Please check the address before completing your order.

The owners are fantastic! The suet used to make tallow was top notch and I will definitely be returning. If you go in person to the barn for the first time, I would call them first as there is no store front and it’s a little confusing as there are no signs to direct you into the farm.

The whole bavette flap is a no brainer. Grilled a little to rare on the gas grill finished in the iron skillet. Salt and pepper only. Tortillas. Cheddar cheese with a chipotle aioli sauce. Tip top great flavor of the beef here folks. Glad I bought two. You will too
There was a lot of silver skin that I needed to trim. The flavor and quality of the meat was good. I’ve heard that this particular cut of beef is tricky for butchers to master well.
