Eye of Round

I wish I had ordered more when they were in stock. We cooked it medium well, and let it cool. Cutting it was so fun as it was so juicy and tender. I've had many cuts from caroland farms and by far this eye of round is in my top 5. If you are looking for something new to cook and try, why not skip the deli and make your own sandwich meats with 100% Full Blood Pasture Raised Wagyu. Also our kids demand for this to stay in stock haha!

Smoked eye of round for 2.5 hours and finished off with 2.5 hours on green egg. This was an excellent piece to smoke and turned out fabulous. Very tender and will definitely be doing another one for the holidays. Thank you Caroland Farms for providing quality beef.
