The Bavette or "Flap Steak" is a versatile cut of Wagyu. Cook it whole or cut it into steaks. One of our favorites is to marinate it and slice it against the grain for leveled-up fajitas. This is a large cut and perfect for a gathering!

If you are looking for a SUPERB ribeye steak, then look no further. I would also not stop here. The NY strips and the filet mignon are SUPERB as well. I have eaten all of these steaks multiple times and it has always been a 5 star taste explosion!
This is a great steak for a family of meat-eaters and will easily make its way into our weekly menu planning! We regularly have the ribeye and Denver steaks, but this sirloin steak was really delicious and easy to cook up for the family. Great on the cast-iron skillet served up with fried eggs - and really wallet friendly!
The Denver steak is our family's new favorite. Cooks just like a ribeye with melt-in-your mouth flavor, fat, and tenderness. Honestly, I've found no other steak that compares. One steak is easy enough to share for two adults...and we eat a Carnivore diet of ONLY meat...so that says something. While not huge, these steaks are so filling and worth every penny!!
This is an excellent steak at a fantastic price!! Sometimes our family wants a little bit of a leaner cut without sacrificing flavor or tenderness - and this cut delivers! Cooked medium rare, our sirloin tip steaks were tender, juicy, and full of steaky-goodness! Highly recommend adding to your weekly meal rotation!!
